Apologies for a slow newsletter this week ~ with 17hr overnight at airport in Calgary ~ I am just catching up on sleep! I am landed in Yellowknife, in northern Canada with my sons. We are in our little house by the lake, and yesterday the airs were filled with thunder and rain, bringing the smoke of the wildfires to the earth in rivulets. I am in wonder to be in the North, at the wildflowers luminous ~ rosebay willow herb and meadowsweet, yarrow and lilac-sapphire vetch. It is always monumental, this journey that takes us over Greenland, and for me a great homecoming in my soul, a Northern timeline that sings in my own Avatar multi-dimensional remembrance. I come to rest, and to be with family
