If you are choosing between the two, we recommend Silver Wheel Foundations of Elven Ascension as a starting place, to give you the foundations for your Ascension process. This course is good for both Ascension beginner and advanced alike. It can either set in motion your ascension process, or bring beautiful new depths & expanded integration of I AM Presence

Ascension is a process that begins on the foundation of the awakening journey, of having awoken to the spiritual dimensions beyond the 3D plane.

It also takes place upon a foundation of loving self-acceptance, attained to some degree, of your own light and shadow. It is not an escape or a desire to transform yourself into something else, but rather a natural and organic progression into Oversoul consciousness ~ an expanded octave of wholeness and Divine Light. It brings transcendence, but from a foundation and spirit of wholeness. This is the most beautiful foundation for our Ascension

When we approach the journey from this place of balance, then we can encompass any passing phases of anxiety, confusion, low moods, self-doubt or deeper clearings from the unconscious and subconscious levels. This is the ability to be self-loving and honouring of the current phase of our journey, with the Divine beauty of the Now, and ourselves just as we are.

The journeys will bring beautiful activated, accelerated clearings and release of distortions in your field ~ as the new energies land and establish. This is why we recommend the ability to be present with processes of emotional clearing and healing; to hold different facets of yourself as you transit. The course also encompasses expanded guidance and practices for this, for you to deepen these skills.

If you still experience high levels of mental anxiety, fragmentation, depression, dissociation or psychological confusion, then you may wish to complete more therapeutic approaches, before coming to this. Or check your decision to do this course with your therapist, so that they can support you as you journey

Most of all, always, follow your heart! The journey of the soul is non-linear, individual, mysterious and intelligent. Trust your heart if you are getting clear guidance or a sense of great resonance with this!

The meditations are held for the most part as guided visualisations and shamanic journeys, with drum & Elven Starlight Light Language & sounding. You may be an experienced or highly visual/ sensory traveler of these realms, or you may be someone who has an energetic experience beyond words and active perception.

Some people even sleep during transmissions, with a sense they have been somewhere very deep, beneficial. In both modes you are receiving the activational gifts of the journey.

You can also do the journeys more than once, as they meet you at different levels & build up your vibrational capacity ability to remain fully conscious in these realms.
